My name is Dennis aka Lao Ocean (also aka Dr. Wtpho, but more about that later) and I’m a Lao American YouTuber based in Seattle, WA (since 1980). I do different things, including I’m a Creative Director for Seattle based Pom Foundation, a non profit group that strives to transmit, preserve and promote Lao culture through the arts.
